HİZMET ŞARTLARI (TR)
Bu Hizmet Şartları, DenizLink platformunun ("Platform") kullanımına ilişkin kuralları açıklar. Platformu kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1) Hizmetin kapsamı
DenizLink; kullanıcıların CV ve iş başvuru e-postalarını hazırlamalarına yardımcı olan ve kullanıcının “Gönder” butonuna tıklamasıyla bu e-postaları kullanıcının kendi Google hesabı üzerinden gönderen bir e-posta iletim platformudur. Platform, e-postaların içeriğini hazırlar ve gönderim işlemini gerçekleştirir, ancak işe alım kararı vermez; aday değerlendirme ve istihdam kararlarında taraf değildir. E-postaların gönderilmesi, içeriği ve tüm hukuki sonuçlarından yalnızca kullanıcı sorumludur.
2) Hesap, doğrulama ve yetkilendirme
- Platform, kullanıcı doğrulaması ve e-posta gönderimi için Google OAuth ve Gmail API (gmail.send) kullanır.
- Platform, her gönderimi kullanıcının açık talimatıyla ("Gönder" butonu) gerçekleştirir. Kullanıcı onay vermediği sürece hiçbir e-posta gönderilmez.
- Platform, e-posta okuma/posta kutusu yönetimi amacıyla erişim talep etmez; gelen kutunuzu okumaz veya değiştirmez.
Platform, Google API'leri aracılığıyla erişilen tüm kullanıcı verilerini, kullanıcı onayı ve bu şartlarda açıklanan sınırlı amaçlar (kimlik doğrulama ve kullanıcı tarafından başlatılan e-posta gönderimi) doğrultusunda işler. Bu kullanım, Google'ın API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'nda ("Limited Use" kuralları dahil) belirtilen sınırlamalara tam uyumludur.
3) VideoCV (opsiyonel) — temel kurallar
VideoCV, kişisel görüntü verisi içerdiğinden hassas kişisel veri kabul edilir. VideoCV yüklemeniz halinde; içeriğin sorumluluğu size aittir ve hukuka aykırı/uygunsuz içerik yüklemek yasaktır. Hizmet güvenliği/kalitesi için yüz tespiti ve NSFW gibi ön kontroller uygulanabilir ve başarısız durumda yükleme engellenebilir. Suistimal tespitinde erişim kısıtlaması uygulanabilir.
- VideoCV'niz de dahil olmak üzere, Platform'a aktardığınız hiçbir veri, bu şartlarda açıklanan hizmetin sağlanması (e-posta hazırlama ve gönderme) dışında bir amaçla (reklam, pazarlama vb.) kullanılmaz veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
4) Kullanıcı yükümlülükleri
- Doğru, güncel ve size ait bilgileri sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Yüklediğiniz CV/VideoCV ve içerik üzerinde gerekli haklara sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
- Platformu kötüye kullanamaz; güvenliği zedeleyemez; otomasyon/robot, saldırı, spam veya benzeri faaliyetlerde bulunamazsınız.
- Platform, kullanıcılar tarafından sağlanan her türlü içeriğin (CV, VideoCV, e-posta metni) doğruluğunu, güncelliğini veya hukuka uygunluğunu garanti etmez. İçerik sağlayıcı sıfatınızla ilgili tüm hukuki sorumluluk size aittir. Platform, bu içeriklere dayanılarak yapılan işlemlerden doğan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
- E-posta gönderme eylemini bizzat “Gönder” butonuna tıklayarak talep ettiğinizi ve gönderilen içerikten tamamen kendinizin sorumlu olduğunu kabul edersiniz.
5) E-postaların gönderilmesi ve içerik sorumluluğu
- E-posta gönderimi, kullanıcının “Gönder” butonuna tıklamasıyla başlatılır. Platform, bu talimat üzerine e-postayı kullanıcının Google hesabı üzerinden iletir.
- E-posta içeriği (CV, form verileri ve varsa VideoCV) kullanıcı tarafından hazırlanır ve onaylanır. İçeriğin doğruluğu, yasallığı ve uygunluğu kullanıcı sorumluluğundadır.
- Şirketlerin dönüş yapmaması, işe alım sonucu, mülakat/teklif süreçleri DenizLink’in kontrolünde değildir.
6) Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Platform; Google servisleri (OAuth, Gmail API) ve (yapılandırmaya bağlı olarak) harici depolama sağlayıcıları gibi üçüncü taraf altyapıları kullanabilir.
7) Sorumluluk sınırlaması
DenizLink; kullanıcı tarafından sağlanan içerik, kullanıcının gönderme talimatı vermemesi veya yanlış içerik göndermesi, Google OAuth veya Gmail API gibi üçüncü taraf servislerdeki kesintiler veya değişiklikler veya şirketlerin kararları sebebiyle doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
8) Değişiklikler
Bu şartlar, hizmet ve mevzuat değişikliklerine bağlı olarak güncellenebilir. Güncel metin yayımlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.
9) Kullanıcı Onayı, Haklar ve Hesap Bağlantısını Sonlandırma
- Platform'un Google hesabınıza erişim ve veri işleme faaliyetleri (kimlik doğrulama ve e-posta gönderimi), açık onayınıza dayanır.
- Yürürlükteki veri koruma mevzuatı kapsamındaki haklarınız ve kişisel verilerinizle ilgili talepleriniz için gizlilik politikamız geçerlidir.
- Platform'un Google hesabınıza erişimini istediğiniz zaman durdurabilirsiniz. Bunun için Google Hesap Güvenlik ayarlarınızdan ("Üçüncü Taraf Uygulamalara Verdiğiniz Erişim") DenizLink uygulamasının erişimini kaldırabilirsiniz. Bu işlem, Platform üzerindeki hesabınızın silinmesi anlamına gelmeyebilir; hesabınızı tamamen kapatmak için lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.

Bu Hizmet Şartları, DenizLink platformunun ("Platform") kullanımına ilişkin kuralları açıklar. Platformu kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Platform, e-postaların içeriğini hazırlar ve gönderim işlemini gerçekleştirir, ancak işe alım kararı vermez; aday değerlendirme ve istihdam kararlarında taraf değildir. E-postaların gönderilmesi, içeriği ve tüm hukuki sonuçlarından yalnızca kullanıcı sorumludur.
2) Hesap, doğrulama ve yetkilendirme
- Platform, kullanıcı doğrulaması ve e-posta gönderimi için Google OAuth ve Gmail API (gmail.send) kullanır.
- Platform, her gönderimi kullanıcının açık talimatıyla ("Gönder" butonu) gerçekleştirir. Kullanıcı onay vermediği sürece hiçbir e-posta gönderilmez.
- Platform, e-posta okuma/posta kutusu yönetimi amacıyla erişim talep etmez; gelen kutunuzu okumaz veya değiştirmez.

- Platformu kötüye kullanamaz; güvenliği zedeleyemez; otomasyon/robot, saldırı, spam veya benzeri faaliyetlerde bulunamazsınız.
- Platform, kullanıcılar tarafından sağlanan her türlü içeriğin (CV, VideoCV, e-posta metni) doğruluğunu, güncelliğini veya hukuka uygunluğunu garanti etmez. İçerik sağlayıcı sıfatınızla ilgili tüm hukuki sorumluluk size aittir. Platform, bu içeriklere dayanılarak yapılan işlemlerden doğan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

- E-posta içeriği (CV, form verileri ve varsa VideoCV) kullanıcı tarafından hazırlanır ve onaylanır. İçeriğin doğruluğu, yasallığı ve uygunluğu kullanıcı sorumluluğundadır.
- Şirketlerin dönüş yapmaması, işe alım sonucu, mülakat/teklif süreçleri DenizLink’in kontrolünde değildir.
6) Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Platform; Google servisleri (OAuth, Gmail API) ve (yapılandırmaya bağlı olarak) harici depolama sağlayıcıları gibi üçüncü taraf altyapıları kullanabilir.
7) Sorumluluk sınırlaması
DenizLink; kullanıcı tarafından sağlanan içerik, kullanıcının gönderme talimatı vermemesi veya yanlış içerik göndermesi, Google OAuth veya Gmail API gibi üçüncü taraf servislerdeki kesintiler veya değişiklikler veya şirketlerin kararları sebebiyle doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
8) Değişiklikler
Bu şartlar, hizmet ve mevzuat değişikliklerine bağlı olarak güncellenebilir. Güncel metin yayımlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.

TERMS OF SERVICE (EN)
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using DenizLink (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1) Scope of the service
DenizLink is an email transmission platform that helps users prepare their CV and job application emails and, upon the user clicking the “Send” button, sends those emails via the user’s own Google account. The Platform composes the email content and performs the transmission, but does not make hiring decisions and is not a party to hiring decisions. The user is solely responsible for the sending, content, and all legal consequences of the emails.
2) Account, authentication & authorization
- The Platform uses Google OAuth for authentication and Gmail API (gmail.send) for email sending.
- Each transmission is performed upon the user’s explicit instruction ("Send" button). No email is sent without user consent.
- The Platform does not request access to read or manage your mailbox; it does not read or modify your inbox.
The Platform processes all user data accessed via Google APIs only for the limited purposes described in these terms (authentication and user-initiated email sending) and based on user consent. This use is fully compliant with Google's API Services User Data Policy (including the "Limited Use" requirements).
3) VideoCV (optional) — basic rules
VideoCV may include personal image data and is considered sensitive personal data. If you upload VideoCV, you are responsible for the content and prohibited/unlawful content is not allowed. For service safety/quality, prechecks such as face detection and NSFW classification may be applied and uploads may be blocked if prechecks fail. Access may be restricted in case of abuse.
- Including your VideoCV, no data you provide to the Platform is used for purposes other than providing the service described in these terms (email drafting and sending) or shared with third parties.
4) User responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- You confirm you have the rights to upload and share your CV/VideoCV and related content.
- You must not misuse the Platform (attacks, spam, automation abuse, etc.).
- The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or legality of any user-provided content (CV, VideoCV, email text). You remain solely responsible for it as the content provider. The Platform is not liable for damages arising from actions taken based on such content.
- You acknowledge that you personally request the sending of each email by clicking the “Send” button and that you are fully responsible for the content sent.
5) Email sending & content responsibility
- Email sending is initiated by the user clicking the “Send” button. Upon this instruction, the Platform transmits the email via the user’s Google account.
- The email content (CV, form data, and if applicable, VideoCV) is prepared and approved by the user. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of what you send.
- Company responses and hiring outcomes are outside DenizLink’s control.
6) Third-party services
We may rely on Google services (OAuth, Gmail API) and, depending on configuration, external storage providers.
7) Limitation of liability
DenizLink is not responsible for outcomes caused by user-provided content, the user’s failure to instruct sending or sending incorrect content, interruptions or changes in third-party services such as Google OAuth or the Gmail API, or company decisions.
8) Changes
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version becomes effective upon publication.
9) User Consent, Rights, and Disconnecting Your Account
- The Platform’s access to your Google account and related data processing (authentication and email sending) is based on your explicit consent.
- For your privacy rights and personal data requests under applicable data protection laws, our Privacy Policy applies.
- You can stop the Platform’s access to your Google account at any time by removing DenizLink’s access in your Google Account Security settings ("Third-party access"). This may not delete your Platform account; to fully close your account, please contact us.
